The Harris HRB is one of the most recognized names in two ram baling. The HRB is the largest constructed line of two ram balers from any manufacturer. Solid Throughout

The Harris HRB two ram baler is designed with a solid uni-body construction – a solid one-piece body design. The uni-body construction design gives Harris two ram balers added strength and rigidity to handle difficult materials in difficult applications.

The HRB 1035 features an innovative power unit and hydraulic drive system giving it the fastest cycle time in this class of two ram balers.

A Power Standard

The HRB 1245, 1445 and 1545 utilize the standard power unit which range in the 200 to 300 horsepower and have been tested over time with impeccable performance records and a reputation for solid production rates.

Total Precision Control All Within Arms Reach

The HRB, and all other Harris two ram balers feature total control user interface terminals which include a multi-function touch screen display with up to the second diagnostic and production information. Couple that with a custom production system built by Harris and you will have the most efficient and productive facility around.

Adjustable Knives

The adjustable knives we utilize on all our two ram balers allow for less down time, and since shims are not used we save you money two ways.

Wear Parts

Harris utilizes thicker wear liners throughout our two ram line giving our customers longer run time between scheduled maintenance and replacement. We use AR500 wear liners, exceeding our competition.

HARRIS HRB 240 T:

Fierce and fast, the HRB 240 T is the most energy efficient two-ram baler in the market. The HRB 240 T highforce, twin-motor baler model draws about 25-30% less power that other 200 HP two-ram balers.

The HRB 240 T processes aluminum/tin cans, high-grade paper, corrugated cardboard, solid waste (photo), wooden pallets, PET, HDPE (plastic sheets & plastic shapes), “white goods”, newsprint, aluminum sheeting/ siding/extrusions, copper, radiators, wire, some non-magnetic ferrous, RFD and select ferrous materials.

The Harris HRB 240 T can devour a variety of materials with shear and baling forces of 240 tons and ram face
pressures of 283 PSI.
